Really good stay

suite upgradefriendly staffflat pillows
I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite upon arrival. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The included breakfast offered a very good selection. Car parking was available in a public lot nearby, which cost £13 for 24 hours (a reasonable rate!).
The lack of readily available extra pillows was disappointing. Only two flat pillows were provided in the room. I believe additional pillows should be standard.

Adequate Stay in City Center

room sizecentral locationcomfortable beddamp smellfood qualityroom cleaning
My room was a good size. The location is central. I found the bed very comfortable (I slept well).
The rooms should be cleaned just before arrival. My room smelled of damp, as it hadn't been used recently. The food at night was not very good. You get what you pay for.
